St Augustine Plugs

Put down about 100 plugs. They are doing well. Many have tripled in size. Shipping was fast. Will order more in the future.

I think this will workout!

This grass is starting to show signs of growth after just one week! I hope it takes root and spreads the rest of this growing season! I was happy with how it was packaged and arrived. I would have preferred if it was shipped on Mon/Tues like advertised.

My only concern was I had sod plugs shipped late in the week and arrived Tues/wed of the following week. I had to keep sod until weekend when I had more time to plant plugs

Palmetto Plugs

Not sure if I purchased these plugs late in the season (late August), but I had a heck of a time separating them. Many had grown into a neighboring cup and I spent a lot of time trying to pull them apart and then resulted in cutting them apart with scissors. Not as easy as I thought it would be. So far with the excessive rain in Florida, they seem to be surviving.

Palmetto® St. Augustine Grass Plugs

Sent to SoCal in a hot, sunny yard. 1st batch had all but one plug take hold. 2nd batch just put down. Key is nutrient rich soil and LOTS of daily water for ~3 weeks.

Healthy Pod; Shade Tolerant

Sod arrived in excellent health with solid root structure; easy to plant using 1.5 inch drill bit; all pods still living months later despite the high heat and shady conditions. Very healthy pods
