You have (30) days to return your Lawnifi from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Your Lawnifi purchase needs to have the packing list as proof of purchase.
Prior to your return, please enclose this Return Form with your merchandise in the original packaging that has all original shipping labels covered and/or removed. Ship the package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received. Email firstname.lastname@example.org informing us that you are indeed returning your product.
We do not accept returns on Sod or Plugs. These products are living products therefore they will not be able to be returned. If they are damaged or not in an acceptable condition, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis after careful review of your delivery. See below for more info.
For Lawnifi, once we received your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the stauts of your refund after inspecting the item via email.
For Sod and Plug orders, we will review your email as soon as we receive it and either approve or reject your return request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 10-15 business days. This time frame may change due to your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your Lawnifi package. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Ship the package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received. Please ship returns to the below listed address.

If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, please email email@example.com with pictures and a brief description of the damage as soon as possible. We will review your damage and description and if approved, ship you a new bottle, replacing your damaged product.
You have 24 hours after delivery to report any issues with your sod or plug trays. If you have any concerns with quality of the grass please document with images and an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of your products so we can document and refund or replace your order.
Please Note: On sod orders typically there may be damage to the top few slabs of sod due to wind damage, but we always put extra few slabs on the pallet to replace those. If there is further damage, please reach out, we want to ensure we provide you with the best quality of sod.
On plug tray orders, after being delivered in a box for a few days, they can brown a little, but if you water them and put them in the sun, they should green up and be ready to plant/root.
