HuMic Granular Humic Acid - 15 lb

Applying fertilizer is only part of building a healthy lawn. For nutrients to be effective, soil must be able to hold them, move them and deliver them to grass roots at the right time. In many lawns, nutrients are lost to nutrient leaching or move past the root zone before grass can absorb them. That’s where humic acid for lawns plays an important role.

What HuMic Acid for Lawns Is

This product is a granular humic acid lawn soil amendment designed to improve how soil handles nutrients. Unlike liquid products, granular humic acid works directly in the soil, supporting longer-lasting soil conditioning around the root zone.

What HuMic Acid for Lawns Does

This humic acid soil amendment improves nutrient efficiency by helping nutrients stay available longer in the soil. Supporting better nutrient interaction and nutrient uptake allows your lawn to use fertilizer more effectively instead of losing nutrients to leaching.

When to Apply HuMic Acid for Lawns

Humic acid can be applied throughout the growing season and pairs well with fertilizer applications. Regular use supports more consistent results, especially in sandy soils, compacted areas or lawns that respond unevenly to feeding.

Tools to Apply HuMic Acid for Lawns

This granular humic acid spreads easily with standard broadcast or drop spreaders, allowing for uniform coverage with minimal effort.

HuMic is a lawn soil amendment. Your main fertility program should still focus on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, such as the Lawnifi® lawn care program, with additional nutrients applied only when a deficiency is identified. When nutrients stay where roots can reach them, fertilizer works harder and lawn performance becomes more predictable.

Getting More From the Soil You Already Have

When nutrients move past roots or wash away too quickly, your lawn can struggle to respond to fertilizer. HuMic Granular Humic Acid works in the soil to improve nutrient efficiency, helping nutrients stay available in the root zone where grass can actually use them.

This leads to more consistent feeding, steadier growth and better stress tolerance over time. Humic acid does not change soil pH or replace fertilizer. Instead, it supports your existing lawn care program by helping the soil do a better job with the nutrients you apply.
