Lockwood Folly and ChiChi Rodriguez Course Add Sunday Ultradwarf

Two new courses on the East Coast have added Sunday Ultradwarf Bermudagrass greens this summer.  The first, ChiChi Rodriguez Golf Club, named after and run at the swashbuckling golfer’s academy campus in Clearwater, Florida.  It is a par-69 track featuring more than 70 sand traps and water on 12 holes.  Bethel Farms of Arcadia, Florida did the installation job on a practice green at the facility.

The second course is Lockwood Folly, is a course in coastal Holden Beach, North Carolina lined with massive oak trees, tall pines and the Lockwood Folly River.  Lockwood Folly sprigged the course with Sunday at the end of June.  See the photos below of Lockwood being sprigged and then 3 weeks later.
